Filled Pasta Making Workshop

Make fresh pasta dough from scratch and make two fresh pasta fillings. We will then roll, fill and shape our pasta. Cook and eat your pasta at the shop, or take it away to cook and serve at home. This is a 100% vegetarian class. Not suitable for those with intolerance to wheat/gluten.

Perfect Profiteroles Workshop

Learn to make perfect classic French style profiteroles. In this workshop you will make choux pastry from scratch. You will then make classic French creme pat, before filling and then topping with milk chocolate sauce. You'll enjoy some on the evening, and go home with a box to share with others.

Create a delicious fresh street food platter containing spicy pork meatballs, summer rolls and a fragrant dipping sauce. Sit and enjoy your food with the other guests.

About the space

South Coast Cookery is housed in the building adjoining The Southsea Deli. The space was built in the early 20th century as a bank, and was refurbished during 2021 as a multi purpose cookery school and events space featuring a demonstration kitchen, solid wood flooring, air conditioning and flexible seating areas.

Fabulous wedding today… Gorgeous team, gorgeous food… even if we do say so ourselves ;) We cooked up lots of delicious salads, alongside home cooked meats, tarts, breads and dips. And of course the homemade sausage rolls came out late
