FAQs

  • Our workshops are designed to be both enjoyable and informative. Group sizes tend to be 6 - 12 guests at a time, and you may be asked to work in a pair with another guest. They last 90 - 120 minutes and sometimes you will eat with the group at the end of the class. Some classes will finish with you having a box of food to take home.

  • Absolutely nothing! We will provide you with ingredients, a clean apron, and refreshments.

  • Our workshops are aimed at adult guests, age 16+. We will allow 12 - 15 year old guests to join, providing they are accompanied by an adult guardian. For specific childrens workshops, please contact us for more information.

  • The answer is sometimes, but it depends on the workshop. For example our pasta workshop cannot be gluten free or vegan, and our Asian street food or sushi workshops cannot be vegetarian. Most workshops can be adapted for dietary requirements, but we ask that you speak to us prior to booking.

  • Yes… we offer private food workshops for groups of 6 - 20 guests for team building, corporate events, or simply groups of friends or family. Availability will depend on our teacher’s availability, so please get in touch to discuss dates or options.

  • Cancellations or changes can be made to any booking, free of charge, up to 30 days prior to your booked event. In the 30 days leading up to the event, we can cancel your booking, but you will only be issued with credit or a refund if we are able to sell your place to somebody else. This policy is much like other event bookings, such as a theatre ticket.

  • Supper clubs are communal dining experiences, where guests enjoy the same meal at the same time, as you would during a dinner party at home. You are usually seated alongside other guests, and socialising with other guests is encouraged!

  • No... Our sister business, The Southsea Deli, is fully licensed and will make drinks available to purchase at all events.
