We’ll show you how to make three of our go-to sauces completely from scratch - a fool-proof mayonnaise, sticky-sweet chilli sauce, and bold, smoky peri-peri. No additives, no fuss - just good ingredients and proper flavour.
You’ll bottle up your sauces to take home, then sit down with the group to taste them with a generous tasting board - homemade focaccia, bagels, pickles, seasonal veg, and more.
