Hosted by Joanna & Pawel, the couple behind Taste Spell – authors of Back to Basics and creators of a growing community of over 800k home cooks who believe in keeping things real, simple and homemade.

Learn how to make one of the UK’s favourite street-food dishes completely from scratch.
We’ll guide you through preparing spiced doner meat with our own blend, soft homemade wraps or pita, crisp sumac onion salad, and a creamy garlic sauce.

After cooking everything step by step, you can sit down to enjoy your freshly made doner kebab with the other guests.

You’ll leave with the recipes and the confidence to recreate it all at home.
